Refund Policy

KnowIntelFi subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period and no future charges will be made unless you re-subscribe.
