KnowIntelFi monitors public filings and provides summaries, alerts, and research tools. Content is informational only and not investment advice.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize recurring billing through our payment processor.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime through your billing settings. Access continues through the paid period unless immediate cancellation is chosen (if available).
5. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
- No unauthorized access attempts.
- No abuse of rate limits.
- No resale or redistribution of the service.
7. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING A CLAIM.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
